When I called customer support and asked about that, I was told "Well, that's only to be used in the situations that you're doing something wrong." Who determines what's right or wrong? The company! Then I found a list of 6 figure earners who had been let go, and in the process of being sued by the company. Scary stuff, my friends! What a shock to find that I could not! Too many "ongoing" clauses and things that were mandatory! That did not work for me so I left and found one that I can retire and not see any ongoing anythings!
